Dental plan


Most people believe that tooth decay, gum disease and tooth loss are an inevitable part of growing older but, if you know how to take care of your teeth and gums you should be able to look forward to a healthy mouth throughout your life. Thousands of dentists across the UK recommend that you follow a programme of preventive care, using the skill and support of the practice team.

YOU HAVE TO BE DENTALY FIT BEFORE YOU CAN JOIN ANY SCHEME!



Option 1 ( £10 per month )

In return for this payment you will be entitled to 2 examinations per year and 2 scale & polishes per year AND any treatment you have will have 20% discount. (not including lab expenses)


Option 2 ( £17 - £35 per month Comprehensive )

To discover what the future holds for your teeth and gums, your dentist will carry out a dental assessment
that will also cover aspects of your oral health. Guided by this initial assessment your dentist will then      
establish your monthly payment. This payment will be made by you through Standing order to the Surgery.
(If you are a new patient registering at this surgery you will need to complete any treatment needed on the
pay as you go scheme before joining the monthly scheme.) You then enter into a straightforward continuing
care contract with your dentist.
In return for your regular monthly payment you are entitled to all necessary dental treatment such as
examinations, scale and polish, fluoride treatment and fillings. (not including lab expenses)


Children under 18 (£5-£7 per month Comprehensive)

Includes all examinations fluoride treatment and dental treatment. (not including lab expenses)

 
 
 

Your dentist and the practice team are committed to promoting
an all round programme of preventive dental care.
 
Your dentist is also committed to take part in
the National Practice Quality Programme, which helps the
practice to review standards of care.
